Volunteer of the Week: William Delaney

William Delaney was a French Canadian logger from Sudbury, Ontario, who was heavily involved in revolutionary lumber unions throughout the 20s and 30s, and was a member of the Communist Party. Delaney arrived in Spain in October 1937 and served at Teruel and Tarazona. He was declared missing in action during the Retreats in April 1938, and his fate is unknown.
